You further acknowledge that any violation of these conditions may result in actions including, but not limited to: • Suspension or termination of the Outsourcing Agreement, in terms of Clause 29.1.2, • Financial indemnification for damages caused, in terms of Clause 22, • Notification to regulatory authorities, in terms of Clause 26, or where applicable.
